I’ve been coming to this laundromat for a long time, spending around $130 every two weeks, but today was officially the last time. The attitude from the staff here has been a problem every single visit, and today was the final straw. Instead of treating loyal customers with basic respect, they act like you’re an inconvenience the moment you walk in the door.
I walk in at 8:15pm and the door was open, it shows they close at 9 pm, I was told they were closed multiple times . This is after driving from Kendall Dr.

For the amount of money I’ve spent here, you’d think customer service would matter—but clearly it doesn’t. I’m done giving this place my business, and I won’t be recommending it to anyone. There are plenty of other laundromats that actually appreciate their customers.

The best price for wash and fold services in all of Doral and West Flagler. I never knew how great it is to leave your laundry and pick it up the next morning. I paid around $1.29 a pound. That’s way less than everywhere else

Dry clean and coin operated facility. A worker was on site on Sunday at noon. Change machine and machines worked. $7.50 for Big Load Speed Queen washer. $3.75 for other sized washers. Dryers are .25 for 5 mins. Facility seems safe. Ample parking.

The new owners are wonderful. It is a husband and wife named Chris and Gina. The dry cleaning prices are the lowest in town. The wash and fold services are fast same day and next day. The washer and dryers are so clean.

I was quite happy with the wash and fold service.  Everything comes back looking great and wrapped very well.  The price is great at $1.29 per pound, especially since pick-up and delivery are included.

Very disappointed by the service. My mom has been going to this laundry for a year and a half. They have now switched to a card instead of taking coins. My mom got help from the young lady there to add funds to a washing machine. Well the machine didn’t process the funds correctly and my mom wasn’t able to finish laundering the clothes. And instead of the young lady adding the time to the machine so my mom can finish, she just stood there, acting like her job isn’t to assist with issues.

This laundry had great reviews so I decided to try it out since my washer is out of commission.  It was fantastic!!  The machines are great but the best part was the attendants. I chose this business based on its great reviews and proximity, and initially, I was impressed by the friendly service and competitive pricing. I brought in six curtain panels (originally 98” in length) to be hemmed to a precise 91”—a costly and important project for my home.

Unfortunately, the final result was anything but precise. When I brought the panels home and measured them, they were only 88” in length—**a full 3 inches shorter** than what I requested. I double-checked using a standard contractor’s measuring tape. One panel was even shorter than the others.

When I brought this issue back to their attention—along with photographic and video evidence—I was met with denial. The alterations person re-measured using her own 30” measuring stick (which she had used initially by “eyeballing” multiple lengths together), and insisted the panels were correct, despite clear discrepancies. Even when we found a panel measuring 90.5", no refund or solution was offered.

I walked away with six unusable panels, out the full cost of the service, and still had to purchase brand new curtains elsewhere.

To be clear, the pricing was fair, and the staff was nice *at first*. But once a mistake was made, **there was no accountability, no customer service, and no resolution**. That’s why I’m leaving this review.

**If you value accuracy, especially for large or custom projects, I highly recommend bringing your own measuring tape and double-checking everything before you leave.**

And if anyone needs six 88” curtain panels—let me know. 🙃

I looked them up on Yelp and saw I’m not the only one who’s had this exact issue. There are a few reviews mentioning inaccurate alterations, poor measuring practices, and complete refusal to fix or refund mistakes. I really wish I had read those reviews earlier.

Thank you for your response but I’d like to clarify that it couldn’t have been an installation issue — these curtains have been hanging in the same spot in my living room since Thanksgiving 2023 (see new picture attached below from Dec 2023 and June 2024). All they needed was hemming, and I measured them myself (Many times) with a standard contractor tape.

I think the problem may be the measuring ruler they use which is only 30'' long and sitting horizontally on the sewing machine. While it might work fine for clothing alterations, for larger projects like curtains it can lead to differences in measurement. I later saw another Yelp review mentioning a similar issue, so I just want others to be aware — bring your own measuring method to confirm before moving forward.

For me, it was disappointing because I ended up having to buy entirely new curtains.

I deterred from this place because it had a low rating, however I tried it today because my usual washing place was too far at the moment. It was a simple experience, I could get what I needed to do done. There is a vending machine, and sells laundry items. It was also cheaper than my usual spot. They also had a lot of christmas decorations, which was nice. It wasn’t as bad as people said

I always a great service, been going to this place for a long time. The lady that was working today was talking for hours with a guy that was done using one of the machines I needed. I approached the the lady that I needed the machine because I had to go to work, the guy she was talking to said he needed to go to work as well, and the lady said he would take it out when he wanted and continued to talk both the guy and the lady that work in the laundry. Did not care at all about customer service and ignored my request of needed the machine being used. Once I told her I was going to write a bad review, she immediately told the guy she was speaking to for a long time while ignoring me request and others that needed the machine, she told the guy he has to take the clothes away. I’ve always heard that a bad customer service can ruin an amazing laundry that I’ve been going to.

They picked up my Alexander Wang dress on August 15 and later told me it had come apart during their cleaning process. They initially tried to shift responsibility by suggesting it was a factory defect, even though this dress has been professionally dry cleaned before without any issues and has never come apart when worn. I called every two weeks for an update, and no one ever returned my calls or provided any follow up. I also reached out on September 6 and November 17 with no response. It has now been four months, and the dress has still not been repaired or returned to me despite multiple attempts to resolve this.

Had an amazing experience with Iron & Steam! I needed to get a dress hemmed for an upcoming wedding in less than 24h. They were super accommodating, told me to come right in, and did same day hem AND delivered it to me (complimentary) all for $35. The dress came out PERFECT, and I will keep coming back!!! Thank you!!!!!

They’re not the worst. But I’ve had a few issues.

Last time I got a silk shirt back that had clearly not been cleaned and there was a note on the hanger
saying that it needed wet cleaning. Well, if so, they should have told me directly rather than waiting for me to find that out when I went on my trip. I had told them that the shirts were for travel… at their rates, I would expect better communication, and have indeed had that with other cleaners.

When I started going to them, they advertised as having a tailor for alterations like all normal dry cleaners, but then they told me it wasn’t available.

Trying to get them to pick up anything from my apartment complex has been difficult, despite the fact that they are very close to me. I ended up dropping things off myself, which meant that I would delay going at all. If I’m going to have to drop off and pick up myself, why would I pay the extra price?

I asked for some shirts to be done in less than a week, one time, and they acted like that was going to be a big problem. It was a few days in advance, but apparently that was difficult. I ended up reducing the number of items for them to clean because of it.

I finally just got to a point where I decided it was better to take my business elsewhere. They aren’t the worst, they’re just not worth going to again.

Quite possibly the best dry cleaning/laundry experience I’ve ever had. I had a pretty deep pink stain all over a very expensive Cupro fabric shirt and they were able to remove it. Including the fact that they washed a bag full of laundry and delivered to me the following morning before my flight. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

This was the first time that I went to Iron & Steam for alteration purposes and couldn't be more satisfied. I needed to have a zipper changed from a motorcycle jacket and My Lady and her team did an amazing job. Not only the zipper was replaced in a very reasonable time and a professional manner, but I was informed throughout the process on the timing and date of the delivery of the jacket. I wouldn't recommend the alteration service enough!

After searching for a long time trying to find  a cleaner I could trust a suede shirt. I got a flyer in the mail from Easy cleaners saying they do leather and suede. The shirt had some small ink stains which they told me it was going impossible to remove due to how delicate that fabric is, I did not care about the stains, I just wanted my shirt clean. When I picked it up , I could not believe my eyes, the ink stains almost gone, and the shirt looked so cleaned and smelled fresh.  They did a great job, customer service was awesome !, the staff is very friendly , honest and very professional.

There is nothing friendly about this place. I went to have a skirt dry cleaned, and it was returned with holes in it from being pinned with huge safety pins. They even charged extra for the sake of the item being delicate and taking more time to clean. If they knew to charge extra for the sake of the item being delicate, there’s no reason for my skirt to be returned to me so carelessly with holes from huge safety pins being stuck into it. The manager was not helpful at all when brought to their attention the damage caused by them. I would not recommend anyone bringing anything to be cleaned or serviced by these dry cleaners.

Panchi Dry Cleaners is the best.  My clothes is super clean and spotless. When I go to pick up my clothes they are so polite and the customer service is exceptional.. I can’t say enough good things about the people who run this amazing company. They were storing my luggage for me until it was time for me to go to the airport. I somehow left all of my shopping bags in their store and didn’t realize until I was at the airport. They were so nice and helped me Uber my shopping bags to the airport just in time for me to make it on my flight on time. They were so kind they wouldn’t accept any money. They just wanted to help out their fellow man. Forever grateful.

I went today to this location with my third attempt to use this local dry cleaner. Last two times they were not able to dry clean my clothes due to it being too close to a Saturday. Today's excuse for not serving me was I'm not in their computer database program. I'm pretty sure it's because I'm American or English that they will not serve me. This is sad given that my first experience with this location was amazing. The tailored my suit and dry cleaned it for me to pick up and a timely manner of one day. As it is I would not return to this dry cleaner that is used by several members of my church. I will spread my dissatisfaction of this place to the members of my church.

Susie's was a life (and money) saver! I took a very expensive Thom Browne suit to another dry cleaners and they left the signature white stripes dull and discolored. I took it to Sudsies and Luis was AMAZING... they fully restored the suit and spared me from having to replace this piece. Have used this place several times to hem the same pant. Can not recommend them anymore. I received a pair back with a butchered hem. When I took them back they were responsive and going to redo the hem. Upon picking I was told that they had already done one hem and if I wanted to fix it I would have to pay for another.

Came in for the first time and the place is super clean and well set up. The staff was really friendly and explained everything clearly. Prices seem fair too. I already dropped off my clothes to give them a shot.

I was desperately driving around looking for a place to iron a dress for a wedding the next day. I called One Stop and spoke with who I believe was the owner or manager. She kindly told me to drop it off and assured me it would be ready the same day.

OXXO Care Cleaners Brickell NEW LOCATION

I trusted OXXO with a very expensive Kiton shirt worth $2,230. After their cleaning, the shirt shrank by two sizes and became completely unwearable. When I went back to address the issue, their staff refused to take responsibility, saying that “more than one month has passed” and they could do nothing about it.

This is unacceptable. A professional dry cleaner should stand behind their work, especially when dealing with luxury clothing. Instead, OXXO dismissed the situation, offered no solution, and showed zero accountability.

After checking Google reviews, I see that I’m not the only one—many customers report poor service and lack of responsibility. Sadly, I experienced the same.

If you value your clothing and expect good customer service, I strongly recommend staying away from OXXO.

I wish I would have read the reviews before going. I have another one star review and complaint to add. I went to pick up a denim jacket that I dropped off about three weeks ago to be cleaned and repaired. When I went to pick up the jacket yesterday, multiple sections were completely threadbare to the point that the jacket is no longer wearable. The employee working insisted that it probably looked that way when I dropped it off - it did not. I am waiting for a call back from the owner - I expect a full refund as well as financial compensation to purchase a new jacket.

As I was leaving another woman came in with a white suit that was “cleaned” by OXXO Brickell. Unfortunately this item was also ruined as well and had blue stains all over it.

Needless to say, I will not be using this dry cleaner any further, but I wanted to write this review hoping that other people would avoid the same mistake.

I gave these cleaners a try as the previous one that I used closed down. I brought in two suits, one of which the pants needed to be hemmed, a comforter and some matching shams. The first attendant that assisted was nice, and attempted to answer my questions on pricing and dates as to when things should be ready. I returned the day that the items were supposed to be ready and they were not. It was explained to me by a second attendant that one suit returned from the main facility, out west, the second had not and the comforter and shams are all cleaned on a specific date as clothing and bedding are not mixed. I asked when they would be ready. She offered to have the items dropped off at my house, and we went back and forth a little with me saying that it wouldn't be necessary to come out for just one piece, but she insisted and I thought that it was an attempt at good customer service to make up for the confusion. I was told that the delivery would include all the items, or so that was the impression that I left the store with. I was even introduced to the driver. I paid for all items, although I was only taking one suit, and was a little uncomfortable about this but hoped that all would be well. The night came and when I returned home found the comforter and shams left on my door step, but no second suit. I called the next day upset asking why all the items were not dropped off. I recognized that this was the second attendant over the phone, and said to her that I was told that all items would be dropped off. She said that I insisted that it wouldn't be necessary and that I would come in and pick it up. Whether it was a miscommunication on my part, or a misunderstanding, what blew me away was how she became upset at me, said that she didn't need to "take this bull," and hung up on me. I did not curse, I was not rude, I was simply assertive to this now one drop-off (Saturday), two returns to the location (Wednesday & Thursday) and my items with no clear time of returning to my possession. I called back, she answered and I asked her if she hung up on me. We exchanged words a little more and I asked to speak with the owner. I left her my number to give to the owner, I called the main store out in West Kendall and left my number with that attendant to have the owner call me. The owner never did. The second attendant offered to bring the second suit to my house, I responded that I would prefer to pick it up. I went by after work the next day to pick up the suit only to hear that it was there waiting for me from the day before. I thought to myself, this is crazy. I did not try on the hemmed pants of this suit immediately, which is my fault, only to find that I am not certain that they were hemmed at all. Again, this is my fault. Maybe they did, maybe they didn't. Originally, I stated that they could try from the second suit pants or that I could return Monday so that they could measure them on me. I never received a call for that. What started on a Saturday ended on a Friday. I was not impressed with the items being returned to me piece by piece. I was not impressed with the uncertainty of where my pieces were and when they would return. I was extremely disappointed when I became upset, as the paying customer, only to be treated as if I didn't need to be heard when I questioned their operations and was hung up on. All in all, this was a simple transaction, and I don't believe that any of my garments were ruined, but this blew up way out of proportion and I did not appreciate the owner not contacting me when I reached out at both locations. My concern... if this was easy and I didn't get good treatment, how would it be if something got lost or ruined. Unfortunately, I will not go back, the owner never reached out for me to give them a second chance and the second attendant needs to learn that you do not hang up on a customer. If you go here, do so with caution.

Horrible service. I took my blazer for dry cleaning, and it came back worse than when I dropped it off. There are noticeable spots on the blazer that weren’t there before, and nothing was done to improve its condition. In fact, it looks worse than how I delivered it. Very disappointing.

I’ve been going to Mr Jeff for years and while it’s only a few more blocks of a walk, there are other options, but I’m glad I’ve stuck with them. They always greet you with a smile, remember your name, etc. Most recently I had requested a rush tailoring request that understandably was a close call as it were and the door dasher accidentally delivered the item to the store instead of my home, and  Hideto was kind enough to deliver it to my door himself so I could have for my event. Thank you!

I cannot believe the level of unprofessionalism and disrespect I experienced here. I brought in my graduation dress—a dress I specifically chose for one of the most important days of my life—for a simple alteration. I was told it would be ready in a few days. Instead, they kept it for over a week, gave me no updates, and when I finally got it back, not only was it not fixed, but it had stains on it that were not there before. The fabric was damaged, and the entire dress was basically ruined.

This was not just any dress. This was something I had picked out months ago for my graduation—a milestone that cannot be redone. And because of their negligence, I’m now left scrambling at the last minute, stressed and devastated, trying to find something else to wear for a day I’ve looked forward to for years. They didn’t even acknowledge the mistake or take responsibility for the damage. No apology, no refund, nothing. Just a complete lack of accountability.

I trusted them with something incredibly special, and they showed me exactly how little they value their customers or the items entrusted to them. It’s honestly disgusting.

Do NOT bring your clothing here, especially not anything important. They will not treat it—or you—with any care or respect.

We gave them 6 set of our won wedding outfits for dry cleaning.
They ruined 3 of them. They spoiled the veil of my wedding lehenga, which cost me $380. The second dress spoiled is my reception gown, they made a hole right in front of the dress. and they also ruined my husband’s white pants. You can see pictures. The worst part is they were not ready to accept their mistake the moment I told them the outfit original prices and 2 ladies in front started arguing to convince us that they won't do anything. Horrible service and the ladies are really unprofessional. I would look into legally suing this place for ruining mine and my husband's wedding outfits.

I have been using this business for years even before this new owner took over 4-5 years ago.  I put up with the huge increase in prices.  I put up with the late deliveries sometimes a week later.  I put up with the opening of the business at different hours sometimes leaving me waiting outside 20-30 minutes.  This was not a one time occurrence.  I put up with having to redo my clothes because it wasn't cleaned or ironed properly sometimes twice despite having paid the increased price.  One would think with an increased price you get better service.  NOT HERE. All this to help this owner.  What I will absolutely not put up with, is deceiving and lying to customers.  On this latest visit and last week, I noticed that the amount charged on my credit card was more than what the claim ticket said.  When I asked the owner, she simply stated that the machine was charging more.  I couldn't believe it. After years of putting up with everything, now she sneakily charges more for a CC purchase and then says the price on the claim ticket is for cash despite the fact that it's written nowhere not on their claim check or on any sign within the business.  I guess she believes you have to be psychic because she told no one and she certainly didn't tell me.  I was probably their most regular customer visiting every other week since I work in an office setting and have to look a certain way.  This is outrageous!!! The look on her face was unbelievable just as if I had caught a child with their hand in the cookie jar. She kept on repeating that the machine charged 4 percent more as if it had a mind of it's own.  She forgets that SHE is the owner not the machine and it was her decision to charge that and lie about it. This is not how you run any business or treat ANY customer.  She has lost me for good and probably many more to come.  Stay away at all cost!!! Unfortunately, I can't leave a zero review.

This has to be one of my favorite drycleaners. The new management really made a difference. They have an excellent customer service, their attention to detail is outstanding. I had a stain in one of my favorite shirts which I took, to give it the last try before giving it away, and they were able to take it out. I am so grateful! I have also taken some pants to be tailored and i was happy with them. Totally recommended!
